If you work 10x harder than another person you will still most likely get paid less than them even though they watch youtube or twitch all day"

They need more resources and a bit more direction. Supervisors are very approachable, but there is a bit of micro-management from some of the directors. There is plenty of room to learn and experience new and old technologies."
