What don't you like about working at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station?

"The Knowledge transfer process was started a little late. They had to downsize quick so packages were offered to streamline the process that took a lot of tribal knowledge away. They could have done a better job in preparing for the downsize however, they did not start the knowledge transfer from long time employees until the last year prior to employees leaving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Knowledge transfer is essential to a company who is forced to downsize. This must always be part of a business plan in the event of this taking place in a short period of time."
