"Its a great company to work for but if you are a teacher with more than 3 years but less than 7 you will more than likely be laid off."

"Education is downsizing all the time. Which makes is tough choices on who to retain employment and who to lay off."

"Budget the schools money better than before so layoffs do not become a normal part of every year."
