"Sam's club is a good company to work for. It is a retail company, so expect varying hours, and bonus compensation based upon the sales and profit performance of your facility. There are opportunities to move up, if retail is what you want. Being part of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. also provides the opportunity to relocate anywhere you want to, including the home office. Professional careers are almost exclusively out of the home office."

"The pay is low. The management has very little consideration for its employees and the profit line is the most important factor in how business is run."

"The people that you work with can make the day fun and even though some customers can seem to ruin your day, they brought you right back."

"The management I wish would of stayed more local. They kept moving around stores but were all very good."
