"I have worked for Sam's Club for 2 years and it's a great company to work for."
"Great company to work for, need to be well informed when accepting Club Manager positions based on volume."
"The pressure that you constantly have to get numbers is not worth it. Even when you do get a good amount it's never good enough and they want more. A lot of responsibilities that fall on your plate if not done the 'Sam's Club' way. Overall good company to work for just need to focus more on their people instead of so much on the numbers."
"Great company (at least where I currently work at). Very nice people and great management folks in here. Good work ethics. The only thing I don't agree with is the pay. I mean $8.90? really? I do so much more than a certain someone that gets paid a lot more than a lot of us. Yes I understand he has been in the company for a long time but that does not mean he gets to sit down while we hard workers do the job for him."
"Awesome place to work. It is a real team environment and I feel that it a place where people can grow and receive tons of experience."
"I worked for Sams club for 2 years. They are a good company and you get to meet new people. It’s a fast-paced job that I loved doing. I also loved helping customers and employees with any of their needs. I loved helping employees move up with their success and make sure they reach their goals"
"First summer job I had.I learned many new skills while completing daily task and selling memberships I was able to move up and work on the floor."
"I have worked in the Walmart/Sam's Club organization for over six years. I have had the opportunity to work in three different locations, performing various tasks within each facility."
"very good. Excellent. Its Fun and exciting."
"A very good job I enjoy it"
"I have worked for Sam's club since August 2019 and I can easily say it has been one of the best jobs I have felt comfortable and happy to return to on a daily basis. I admire their structure of working as a team and not just viewing the members as customers."
"I work for Sam’s Club and it is a family oriented environment where associates make members feel right at home when shopping. The company takes good care of its associates and there are many resources to explore for guidance. We take good care of our members also and ensure every shopping experience is a good one."
"I enjoy meeting all types of people, greeting, talking about the product and asking for the sale. I learned from the members and they learned from me. What I enjoy the most is helping the members enjoy their shopping experience and knowing they left happy."
"I was originally employed as an MIT with Sam’s and was quickly placed in to my permanent position. To excel you must be a self starter and possess the drive to find the information needed to run a successful team, at Sam’s you are ultimately in control of your training and progression within the company. Pro’s: competitive pay and bonus program, fast paced and changing work environment, clear corporate structure and expectations. Con’s: that really depends on the individual. Lack of stability with management structuring was a con for me."
"I have been working at Sams Club since June of 2016. It was a great college job that helped me get through school and pay by bills."
