"The family friendly atmosphere made it a good environment to work in. Management did not sit on the sidelines and watch everyone else work, they joined in."

"Don't apply for Sam's Club apply for Walmart instead. Although the same corporation very different in they way they are ran."

"The constent micro managing and threating of my job on a daily basis by Club Manager."

"To listen to there associates and for Senior Management it's not always as good as the numbers represent."

"Yes be yourself and look at things the way you think Wal Mart would look at them.. Be a Team player for sure.."

"The only thing I guess I didn't like was the fact that working nights you were not going to really move up the ladder that way. If I would have worked days I could have move up the ladder but couldn't do that because I had my own business during the day to run."

"To treat everyone the same and give everyone a chance to make a difference in there lives and the lives of another. By being helpful for everyone to reach a team goal."
