"I worked there for nearly 3 years. Was let go because one of the owner's sons decided to change my role in the company, and do whatever was in his head. It's like my expertise, college and MBA degrees didn't add anything. The company had a family vibe, which was nice. But this changed after the environment became toxic and this spoiled kid took charge. And get everything in writing! And no benefits!"
