"the company is always looking for a fast fix even if it makes things worse. this company believes that using some one with many years experience at the same facility is best for there company. I would question why they are leaving a company they have been with for an extended amount of time"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop trying to make quick fixes, use people from outside the industry with fresh ideas. you have just about killed the school and its reputation it would take a miracle to salvage it know with your tarnished reputation in the state of new hampshire"

"The intensity however that was getting people into the correct career for them , and that s very motivating."

"Be prepared for anything , leads are received and whether you think they are good or not you need to just buck up and say nothing . In my time there I enrolled 90 students which is half thre population now ."

What don't you like about working at The Salter School of Nursing?

"They had no idead how this school ran the nursing program is run by regulations , and they dd not unbderstand them at all m they just wanted to run it like all the less career forecased classes , since nursing is a license , you must meet the criteria of the license"

"Talk to my staff understand why they were having not only a ggod , but why they were having a bad day."
