4.1I was only here for a short time as a QA Tester as part of a small test team (about 12 testers under 1 Team Lead). It was a good relaxed environment. Team Lead was very hands on in walking new employees through what was expected and how things worked as part of the team such as test plans/test scripts and who did what as far as creating test data or 'data mining' for test data as well as what to test. I would have enjoyed staying longer if there hadn't been a change in direction.
3.9I have worked with Salt River Project for almost two years. It is a great place to work with a strong culture. The culture of no change is the problem though. How can there be growth of an individual and a company without necessary changes from within.
4.9I have worked for Salt River Project for the last three years. It is a great company to work for as they treat all employees with kindness and respect. I have learned many skills during my time with SRP as they are willing to teach and mold their employees to set them up for success. I highly recommend Salt River Project
