"I was an employee of Salon 3 for over 3 years. The three owners do not get along with each other, which creates a hostile work environment for everyone. Owners are mentally abusive to their staff, which are under paid. Their business practices are very poor, and they do not strive to be their best. When things are less than satisfactory, it is the fault of the staff and never theirs (in their opinions). These women will lie in order to benefit themselves and will pay staff much less than they deserve in order to give themselves a larger paycheck."
