What do you like about working at Salimetrics?

"I really enjoyed working at Salimetrics. Their culture in the work place was relaxed and friendly, and there was an open-door policy with all management and executives. I knew what was expected of me, but I also had the flexibility to reach out and learn more skills outside of my department when my schedule was not as full as I preferred. In both the R&D and DNA departments, I worked independently but had a supervisor available when I had a question."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Salimetrics was a great place to work. The people there know what they are doing and are very willing to share their knowledge."

What don't you like about working at Salimetrics?

"I do not have any complaints about working with this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only comment for management would be to keep abreast of what is happening in the other departments to avoid confusion and scheduling conflicts."
