"A wonderful schedule with short shifts (6hrs). Extremely dynamic coworkers"

"Haha. DON'T! Selling cars can teach you A LOT, but the pressure and stress is overwhelming."
What don't you like about working at Honda Motor?
"Commission only pay with authoritarian-type managers. Lack of support from owner of dealership"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't think that I can give any advice to the managers as the nature of the business is incredibly difficult. The caliber of many employees was not up to par, therefore, they must be a little more domineering than most managers"

"My coworkers and managers were all very nice which made work easier and stress free."

"As always, dress nice and be determined. Don't be shy."

"I can't really think of anyhting I didn't like. This was my first job so it was all new to me."

"The management was a little disorganized. It would be better if schedules were given out earlier."

"I like the ability to have the ability to make as much as I can and the people that I work with being able to get involved with my work as well as having the knowledge of the product."

"The only tips I have for other people is to be yourself when your interviewing with the company."

"There really is nothing that I dont like about the job."

"I really dont have any suggestions for the managment other than to keep up the moral of the employees"

"My co-workers. A Class facility. Lots of places to eat close by."

"Do it only if you are in a desperate situation and need a paycheck for 6 months or so. You'll soon figure it out and will want to get out."
What don't you like about working at C2 Essentials?
"Worst company I ever worked for b/c of the CEO's (female) unprofessional behavior (yelling, screaming, talking about ee's to other ee's). Would take away commissions willy nilly when they were earned and documented. Schizophrenic management. Abnormal turnover. Not well respected in the community."

"We tried and tried and recommendations were never valued or taken."

"Concept was innovative and opportunities for solution partnering was exciting."

"Ask the right questions. Challenge the answers. Understand how performance metrics are established."

"Business Model was inconsistent with market dynamics. Management ignorant of carrier sales process and timeline."
