"Good co-workers, decent people who cared about the customer and tried their best under very difficult circumstances to make a difference for them."

"Don't join - you'll regret it if you do! If you do join, don't expect much, and hope you're not in any sort of management capacity, because you'll get frustrated quickly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the management. Retire the CEO and COO, and bring in professionals to run the company. Invest in HR and people."

"Learned good information on web hosting and web infrastructure that I will take to another company."

"Do not interview unless you are dying or have no other options. Meaning unemployment won't even pay out to you."
What don't you like about working at Advanced Internet Technologies?
"Highly underpaid. No commission, although they say they pay out commission. Contract terms for employment basically allow company to fire you for any reason or dock pay regardless of how well you worked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Almost every top level passes the buck or challenges up and coming employees making it hard to retain employees with the company. I saw 6 people quit or leave within 3 months of being there!"

"I would encourage anyone else interviewing for this position to be prepared to be very resilient to change within their package of customers and in the organization"

"My position is kept at a distance from the rest of the organization. We have an extremely high turnover rate for my position as well as managers of my position."

"I wish my managers would be more transparent about development and what was needed to excel in the company."

"No organizing as for plans to do stuff. The heat is always on."

"extreme hours with little pay, once I crunched the numbers I was only making 50 cents an hour"

"Go in with confidence, and a strong drive to complete the tasks assigned."

"The lack of receiving large amounts of hours, therefore inhibiting growth"

"I would suggest that management focus less on hiring so many people, and give the current employees a fair share of hours."
