"The Nashville office was small and the only way to move up in the company was to move to Michigan."

"This is a hard question to answer. Management decisions need to reflect the best interest of the company, customers and concerns for the employees. I have no complaints with my experience at Hitachi"

"Until the automotive industry collapse, it was a very strong company with room for advancement."

"selling a new inovative product that is 30 years old in a very competitive enviorment."

"be prepared for change, they have 3 going on 4 VP of Sales in 3 years"

"Culture has changed to one to highly regulated job were you bring lunch to the offices."

"Listen to the sales force on what is happening in the field and with the industry"

"Company is in serious danger of going out of business. OTC product will bring in revenue for home office, but no need for a sales force."
