What do you like about working at Mobile Mini?
"I really enjoy the people that I work with. We care what happens to each other both at work and outside of work."

"Everyone's styles are so different within the company that tips are hard. Just come in with an open mind."
What don't you like about working at Mobile Mini?
"Follow up. There is no follow up in the company. They say they will do something and shortly after they completely forget about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are a lot. There needs to be more communication with everyone. I understand there are things we can't know but if you ask for help and don't get a response for a week that does nothing for you."

"I liked the product offering and the technical sales support provided for the direct sales teams."

"Great company, great product and sales support. Make sure you get a clear understanding of your territory and accounts that are included within it."

"I did not like the territory breakout that favored the manager's girlfriend, therefore reducing my ability to achieve desired sales commissions."

"I would have made sure the sales territories were divided up equitably."

"Poor economy can result in low commissions. Low base end salary."

"You must be loyal to the brand, and not just sell it, but know it, and know your customer."

"I don't like retail. I am a global thinker, and challenge. I prefer working with businesses."

"Hard to say, but there is a big difference between how corporate employees are treated, and retail people are treated, which is where most of the revenue stream comes from."

"Some job postings are long before the hiring begins. Have patience at best when you already have employment."

"Management did not interact with customers, but only in internal meetings, which loses touch."

"Retail is detail. Think customer satisfaction first, second and always. Keep in mind who you serve."

"Sometimes management can be less helpful in fixing problems at the store level."

"Don't expect to be appreciated, Lowe's will take and take and take, and give you nothing."
What don't you like about working at Lowe's?
"I don't like the low pay. There is no appreciation for outstanding work. They try and squeeze the life out of their good employees until they are used up."

"Change the entire organizational structure! Pay the experts in the department a good salary, one that could actually support a family."
