"I loved the fact I was working and helping others all day everyday, however what I disliked, was the way the floor I worked on handled themselves. "when the shipping of products is not produced to the customer in full. Also A different price on a bill that I quoted does not help to build a relationship with a customer.."

"Keep all your workers happy and always keep them motivated to make more money for them selfs and the company.."

"Excellent reputation and resources. There is nothing that NAPA cannot supply."

"Be honest with your interviewer about your career goals. If you can't commit to a career then the company should not invest in you."

"Different price structures for different stores. Some corporate stores have a lower pricing format and it makes it awkward for franchise stores to compete."

"Have a suggestion forum for employees to submit their thoughts and suggestions."

"Flexibility in the times that can be worked, when the hours are available."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Good company to make a few dollars. However, not sustainable income for living expenses unless you can sell very well, work during wee hours of the morning, and sit for long hours on end."
What don't you like about working at LiveOps?
"Too many e-mails. Hard time sitting for hours at home. Too many meetings. Too many products that we are required to learn yet receive no calls on. Not enough or no hours to work Monday - Friday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you invite an agent to a product and have them go through the process of learning everything in order to sell it, priority should be given to the agent on commits on the first rollout of the product launch, not the rollout during the last week in December, once agents have forgotten everything they've rushed to learn for launch."

"This company mistreats their employees and promotes negative reinforcement and micromanagement."

"I really dont have any suggestions as management doesnt nake any decisions, the executives do."

"Great work environment great products to sell and the management are awesome to work for."

"Be professional and have sales experience and how to interact with customers."

"Low pay rate and commission was not enough to make a good paycheck."
