"NO BENEFITS. I am a 1099 employee with no retirement benefits."

"Expect to work hard and make a lot of money, if you don't you won't last."

"The man who worked above me was a horrible human being."

"Let employees be more free to do their own thing. Not everyone is on the road to be management."

"Really Not much. The company has a CEO that does not allow for creative thought or outside input."

"Work directly with Jeff Savage. He is a great guy and the saving grace at this company."

"The CEO was rather pretentious and a bit of a bull head."

"Stick to your values and business ethics when dealing with the CEO."
What do you like about working at Honda Motor?
"Autonomy; you are free to do what you wish with yourself but not with the customers. Ex- you can go in the back and eat your lunch un anounce, and watch TV and wash your car if you sold a car or two that day, nobody cares."

"Be positive and energetic. Sales is demanding and the customers don't want to approach a person without energy."
What don't you like about working at Honda Motor?
"Demanding Business Development hours; taking away time with lot customers."

"Management should pay senior sales bonus so they can stick around."
