"Growth restricted, needs to get ISO and quality policies in place to attract new business. Too limited at this time"

"My position was temporary and I was 1099 they only needed two reps not three"

"I like working in a high-paced sales environment. I only decided to leave because it was commission and the economy fell."

"Maybe this is just my typical assessment of how to approach an interview for any company, but be honest and show you are knowledgeable and hardworking."

"I would suggest being a little more available for your sales team. There were times where I felt managers could have provided a little more support."

"The people were great on my team and professonal to work with."

"The interview was definitely something like I hav never experienced before.I was there for a total of 5 hours and had to interview with 15 different managers when they all already knew which team I was going on after the first person."
What don't you like about working at Weatherby Healthcare?
"They let everyone start here and their main goal is to use everyone to build up their personal database for veryone else to call on in the company. You get penalized if you do not turn in new self generated leads so they can add to their company database from your hard work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that they need to chage the way everything operates and get rid of the 6 managers they have for one team and spend that money on more lead generation for the sales consultants to call."

"Being on the road, selling, meeting new people and helping them give their staff & patients a safer, cleaner environment."

"this is commission only sales, it is a cut throat business if this is what you want be prepaired"

"you have no control over priceing, your job show new car to customer explain all features and presell, then go to manager for price"

"give the sales people an idea of cars price so they can deal with the customer at a professional level"

"Dont tell people one thing and when they start to work its something totally different thats wrong."

"Not getting paid for the work I did so that pissed me off terribly bad."

"I wouldnt makae my workers stay out all night if that one particular van got a deal. It is said that you are to vpme back to the office at sun down not until you get a deal. Some days are just like that you wont get anything at all some days."

"Ability to work at my own pace. Also became well acquainted with my coworkers"

"There was a high managment turnover rate. The ongoing training in regards to sales, products and services was minimal. Some of there products such as Yellowbook ads and direct mail is outdated or ineffective."

"Focus more consistently training on our sales cycle and products/services. Hire more managers that are motivational and inspire the sales team to"

"Good product to sell, like the Monday through Friday work schedule."

"Getting bad calls negatively affect my paycheck, disappointing when I do not control the calls that I get. Not enough bonuses/incentives."

"I would create more paid incentives for the employees to reward their hard work."

"Company (now gone) was more involved with cellular phone sales than with this commercial two-way division."
