"Freedom to do what you are trained to do - and no repercussions of asking when you don't know. The higher up the ladder someone is, the easier it seems to talk with them if you need too - very good company culture."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"use your HEART - Honesty, Energy, Accountability, Respect, & Trust - if you don't use these, and live by these, you don't belong here - if you give everything you got - you belong. Frauds will be found out in less than a year."
What don't you like about working at Poolcorp?
"I have found that long term employees who don't fit into into the traditional promotion ladder get pigeon holed into dead end jobs - not necessarily bad for them, but bad for the company - that could use these entry level jobs to bring in new blood"

"I would not change much at all ... Perjaps more accountability for the sales staff."
