"There is a distinct absence of company culture. No investment in employees happiness."

"Concentrate more fully on the company culture and cultivation of employees"

"Strategic Selling is a great job. Meeting and presenting to CEO's CFO's and giants in the industry is an adreneline event every time."

"Inside contacts are always advised with this company since it's important to have help guiding your resume to the right desktops. Linkedin is advised."
What don't you like about working at Sun Microsystems?
"95% travel is a tough job to maintain for a long period of time."

"Well, they're Oracle now, so they're all working for Larry Ellison. I'm sure the culture is different but the sales jobs for the software guys needs support."
