"I have worked for Salem Regional Medical Center since 2005. It is a hospital devoted to serving the community and remaining a viable self owned care provider. The leadership is conservative and careful with a mind for growing slowly and steadily. The hierarchy of authority is well established and firm in mindset."
"An interesting organization that attempts to attract quality talent only to stifle them with a risk adverse environment and a complex political structure. Extremely slow to adapt to new technologies on the non-clinical side, even when the benefits are obvious to all concerned. Great co-workers, many of whom have been with the organization for years and so have great understanding of the business, but a little blinkered to new methods of performing routing tasks."
