"I have been with Salamander for a few years and have experienced MANY new aspects of a small business. The company is very small and if you are interested in wearing many hats, this is for you! My duties and position has changed out of necessity. Through this type of cross-training, I feel that I had the chance to discover what I really enjoy and have an affinity for. The only fault is the size of the business does not promote growth as much as most prefer. Growth is slow and not guaranteed."
