"So far I've been satisfied working with Saivian. I can tell you how much I like the company, its product and people, but I think what might be good for prospective hires to know is the type of industry Saivian operates in. Saivian is a "direct selling" company. This means that individuals sell directly to other individuals, who in turn, sell to still other individuals. This direct selling model is the very definition of American capitalism, which isn't a bad thing, but you need to understand that you get exactly what you put in. This isn't a "desk job" where you get paid to sit and stare at a computer screen. You really need to hustle to generate good sales, and eventually build a solid residual base."

"Just wanted to share my experience working with Saivian as a business for the past 9 months or so. In particular they have a very good executive management team, that is culturally and racially diverse. This is a huge plus, and is evidenced by their worldwide penetration, especially throughout Asia. Beyond this, they have a very good product as many have stated, and for those of us that are looking to save some money while earning some extra income, I think Saivian is pretty much the way to go. "It is exciting to be part of a company that is growing as fast as Saivian. I was at the Macau convention and it was overwhelming to see the size of supporters. "Very impressive place to work. About a year ago new management took over and they invested a lot of time into the infrastructure, including relocating the offices to a permanent and better suited location. They started doing daily calls to all team members, coordinating worldwide events, undergoing a corporate re-branding campaign, and vastly improving the tech, the product, and the plans. This is a good place to call home."

There's a feeling of satisfaction in selling a product that one believes in, and I think Saivian does this very well. In short, you get to make money, while helping others do just that as well. Saivian is a relative newcomer to the direct selling space. They've been around since 2015. I'm not an expert in the company, although I do work here, but I can say that they've experienced a massive amount of growth as of late. The secret sauce is actually a combination of so many different things, but I will try to list them out below: New management. New apps, website and software. Improved customer service w/dedicated number. Training. Daily management-team calls. New HQ. Basically the above shows the company's commitment to its staff, while demonstrating reinvestment into its longevity. This is a great place to be and to grow. I'm proud to be here."
