"Good stepping stone."

What don't you like about working at Saints Medical Center?

"The attitude of the company, as a whole, did not create a pleasant work environment. Personal gain often trumped helping the company as a whole. The inefficiencies and, in some cases, unwillingness to work together prevented projects from getting done. This unpleasant environment was only exacerbated by the fact that these practices seemed to be not only condoned, but encouraged by management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More transparency and better cooperation between departments."
