Compensation is below market, as is the cost of living adjustments and the trend in recent years has continued to deteriorate. Unfortunately, the culture ends up pushing good employees out while others stick around to collect a check or be big fish in a small pond."
"It is a private Jesuit Institution that is top-heavy. You have to belong in the click in order to get promoted. The leadership is mostly like other Universities, small budgets, and big goals. Therefore, the moral is always down."
