Registered Nurse

"Working at Saint Peters University Hospital has been an experience being able to learn to better work in the nursing field as a whole. I believe my past work history has built me to this point that I am ready for this position in Growing Hospice Group."

Saint Peter's University Employee

"Poor leadership at the highest levels which trickles down through the organization. Most people are nice and mean well, but progress is a struggle, so operations are decades behind. Compensation is below market, as is the cost of living adjustments and the trend in recent years has continued to deteriorate. Unfortunately, the culture ends up pushing good employees out while others stick around to collect a check or be big fish in a small pond."

"It is a private Jesuit Institution that is top-heavy. You have to belong in the click in order to get promoted. The leadership is mostly like other Universities, small budgets, and big goals. Therefore, the moral is always down."
