"I've worked with Saint Mary's College for six years now. I've found that I've been encouraged to grow on the levels of education in social media, journalism, editing, copywriting and writing white papers. The pay is not market rate, however, so the work, quite frankly, has been altruistic."

"The amount of respect afforded to each employee. There's never an atmosphere of pressure or a feeling of High-School like over-lording from managment. Everyone knows there's a job to do and is adult enough to know they have a role in that job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You want this job, so make sure they know you want it. Express enthusiasm and interest, but remember that this job has it's (very) high stress moments. They need to know you can take pressure in stride, so don't be afraid to be comfortable in the interview as well. Treat it like a conversation with a professor: it's ok to joke a bit and be relaxed, just be mature about it."
