"My current employer is wonderful. There is a continuous effort to improve our work environment and patient safety regulations, which are two of the most important things when working in healthcare. My manager is compassionate and caring, and the company does its best to be sure that everyone is cared for. With corporate healthcare companies, there is a tendency to lose sight of the individual, which I will admit has happened with Trinity Health, but the working environment is great in my department."
