"SAIC corporate has an unbearable bureaucracy. Too much focus on cutting overhead (i.e., everything that makes our lives easier/more pleasant), not enough on cutting dead weight employees that drag everyone else down."

"Focus less on pleasing shareholders. The current strategy is obviously not working."

"SAIC is an extremely diversified international corporation. They offer many opportunities for growth in the commercial sector. This is not as likley on a government contract such as my curent one with NASA."

"There is nothing wrong with working as a support service contractor within a federal agency. Individuals may enjoy this type of work environment. I prefer to be more proactive and play a key role in helping an organization reach its goals and objectives."

"SAIC provides a reasonable rate of compensation and the benefits package is top shelf. Again, growth opportunities are limited on a government contract."

"I have constantly provided suggestions to SAIC management for effecting continuous improvement, cost containment, etc. Most endeavors require the acceptance of the federal government to move forward."
