"Interesting and diverse situations. The employees are great to work with, diverse and interesting people"

"Focus on what you can do for them. Don't portray yourself as a nice guy they have no time for that. Emphasize production results and money saving efforts"
What don't you like about working at Pick-n-Pull?
"This is the most fifedom driven culture I have seen. People guard their territory to the detriment of the mission just to look good or influence production numbers If you step over the property line...here comes the bus it makes you fair game to blame!"

"Stop micro managing the site managers. They are running retail stores so let the managers run them based on the conditions based on very diverse local situations"

"I don't really have any complaints, I am topped out and looking to move home to Texas"

"Managment needs to get out more and inter act with the work force"

"The company does pay excellent salaries. I made a lot of money during my time with Noble."

"Show them that you are a self-starter and have no need of micromanagement. That's what they want, because they certainly won't support you in the field."
What don't you like about working at Noble Energy?
"There is absolutely no support from corporate leadership. Even when they know a business unit is suffering under horrific leadership, they do nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Noble needs to get rid of its bad apples. Instead of leaving bad people in their positions and using the excuse of we can't find anybody else willing to do it, actually go and look harder. There are plenty of good people willing to take those positions."

"The long hours and accident investigations especially when they were out of state."

"I have no suggestions because I felt management was doing a great job."
