"Good pay. Keep you head down and don't mind all the good-ole-boys."
"Sabre was a great experience to learn product management/marketing in a large B2B corporation, however there was very poor communication between teams and a lack of company culture."
"Great company if you stay on their good side."
"Lots of good people with vast knowledge but since 2015 too many internal politics slow down the speed of the real work"

"To give some chances to show people what they really can do."
"Sabre is a great place to work! I really would have loved to stay there for another ten years or so, but they are getting ready to IPO, so the recent big layoff is no surprise. Even so, I'd strongly recommend this company to anyone that has the skills and the opportunity."
"I worked at Sabre Inc from 1993 until 2014. Sabre is a pretty company to work for, but since going public again, they likely can expect annual reduction in work force as they did from 1999-2007. My co-workers were fantastic and the overall leadership team recently changed, but appears to be strong."
"Sabre is the best company I have worked for to date. They seem to truly care about their employees and being the best of the best. There is political bureaucracy just like any other large corporation, but management does a good job at shielding others from it. I would recommend a career at Sabre to a friend. If I were to look elsewhere, I would look at other opportunities within Sabre first."
"I have worked for Sabre since 2012 October. They are one of the market leaders in the travel and transportation industry. During my time at Sabre, I have had the opportunity to work with some really smart people. Company culture-wise, Sabre is trying to make some real changes over the past year to become a more liberal company. They recently increased maternity leave to 12 weeks with pay. I see this as a big step in the right direction. Overall, I have had a positive experience in terms of learning, growing and work flexibility."
"Working in the travel industry can be volatile, and I'm writing this at a time when the Sabre and its employees are being negatively affected by the corona pandemic. There are many good things I could say about the company's leadership and direction including the initiatives to survey and listen to its employees and to improve its products and processes. At the same time, the company has historically used layoffs to deal with adversity (mismanagement?), and that possibility stays with those who have seen it over the years. Unfortunately, the current furlough is warranted and necessary. I hope the company can come out of this quickly and be in a better position to care for its employees."
