"I've worked for S&ME for a little over 6 years. Overall it's a good company to start your career with. Company culture is very good, everyone generally gets along with everyone. By nature of being a consultant it's a pretty high stress environment, but managers are usually understanding. Pay is on the low end for the industry, and you can reach your ceiling fairly quickly and run out of room to advance."
