"Overall, good company benefit wise, but realize that the focus is strictly transportation and warehousing, so if you want to expand in time to other areas of supply chain management (customs, purchaing, materials management, etc) you will be limited."

"Weak internaitonally, the international freight forwarders are getting very strong in 3PL in the US. The lack of internal focus in a global economy is going to be costly long term. Need to think about international freight fowarding, customs and somehoe getting into purchasing, to round out the 3PL offerings to customers. Also, in spite if reviews about technology, the competition is cathcing up or surpassing what we have."
