"No two days were alike. The support all three of my direct reports gave me was outstanding. Ryder was very safety conscious which resulted in great employee morale."

"They will be in for one of the best experiences in their careers. Just be yourself and be honest."

"There was a large number of weekly conference calls and reports to deal with. All are necessary, but some could have been cut down."
