"What they pay for translating is below misery. Believe it or not, the pay rate for translating one word, after calculating the total Adjusted Wordcount, goes from $0.00 (zero) to a max of $0.03. Maybe some departments pay well. But translating for Microsoft Office is a tiny bit above the slave’s salary. It’s shameful. I have decided to inform both the Microsoft Corporation and the RWS group about how much are laborers being paid for doing jobs that should be paid at least 10x more."

"I worked at Moravia from 2018 to 2019 on an open ended contract. The terms of the contract changed fairly frequently and without warning. The management for the account I worked on did not know the work or processes that the coordinators performed for the client and demonstrated a lack of communication and transparency regularly. There was obvious favoritism/exclusion taking place everyday and employees were regularly phased in and out based on this."
