"Despite the high stress environment, there is a good pool of talented people there who are pleasant and competent. There is, however, a critical deficit of resources for training and development of new personnel."

"It is a very cutthroat environment, beneath a veneer of genuine camaraderie. If you are okay with that type of workplace, then move forward with applying to work there."

"The culture of the company, especially my department, rewards aggressive demeanor and disrupts the sense of team cohesiveness."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would provide a corporate presence and a human resources officer on premises. The lack of an on-site vice president decision maker hurts operations and management efficiency."

"Stress-free. Everyone helps each other. The job is very detailed and explained on how to do things. Fits my schedule and school."

"As long as you can follow instructions well, stay calm, and can talk to people with ease then you should have no problem."

"The only bad thing is having to sit for 8+hours. We get breaks, but I'd love to be able to do more active work."
