"It was commercial HVAC industry work. With sheetmatal, refrigeration and air conditioning installation. Hospital clean room orks."

"Be aware that they make you feel like an apprentice but do not give you the proper training until later or when you ask. At premployment they have you fill out forms as to do so for youand then they lay you off!"
What don't you like about working at Russell AC?
"The foreman were not prepared each day and were on top of other sub contractors"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To not affraid to negotiate better install proceedures with othe contractors as to make them angry or disgruntled. Why not install things properly instead of poorly. Re-Do not an option!"
