"I have worked for Rush Truck Centers Since 2013 and have enjoyed my time. The company is publicly traded one and treats it's employees well. Yearly Bonus' have been given at, even with a large work force across 127 locations. I would love to stay at Rush, but the dynamic in regards to the Used Truck Inventory has vastly changed, going from almost too much in the beginning to virtually none at the present."
"This company has only gone downhill. My first year was great but the company is now more after money and has lost of its focus on the employees and taking care of the customer with charging the max on all jobs and still hitting the tech on his flat-rate pay this company is now a true flat rate shop with a horrible warranty you will burn through your Bank savings just trying to struggle to keep your head up there..."
