Rural/Metro Employee

"Very challenging workplace. There is very limited support and the organization has been though bankruptcy recently so everything is stripped back to the bone. No appreciation for employees and morale is horrible. It is a good cause and there are good people but the management is horrible."

Rural/Metro Employee

"This company degrades employees like no company should. You have to earn an increase to the already below the standard pay. Any company like this should not be allowed to treat people like this. If only they could have listened, or even attempted to listen to their employees, this could have possibly been a great place to work and be proud of people knowing that we did work there. Now, it is a true embarrassment."
