"I would suggest getting as much of a background in the aerospace industry as possible. It is helpful to learn/ know all about the different millitary and commerical aircraft programs."

"The location was the biggest complaint."

"I would suggest that they do more internal structuring based on the positions and try to reduce costs by combining specific positions. Mostly the job categories need to be revisited."
