"I've worked for RSI Visuals for 5 years now and it has been quite the experience. Joining the flight simulation industry is a unique and satisfying experience that wows many people and customers. The company itself is a mid-size company and trying to grow which does come with some tough issues to deal with and makes moving up a bit rare but the environment is very open and fun. Basically as long as you can get your job done then you're fairly free. Compensation is more on the lower end compared to other companies in the industry but once again to make up for that it is not nearly as strict and narrow-minded as bigger companies."
