There has never been a tool I needed or a class I wanted to take that I couldnt have. The development, exposure and opportunity to try new methods has been fantastic."

"R&R only hires the best in the business, just getting in the door for an interview...consider yourself exceptional!"
What don't you like about working at R&R Insurance Services?
"There is not a career path here for this position. And with that I can say that even if we doubled our revenue, I dont see the scope of the marketing department changing that much. I am looking for an organization with more depth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The strategic planning gets diluted with non-strategic issues. Bogs down the process."
