"I've worked as a QA analyst here for several years. There isn't any room at all for advancement. The compensation is WAY below industry standards. They have this time tracking software and each project is allocated a certain number of hours. They want the time tracked to the nearest 5 minute interval! The time estimate is not in your control. The project coordinator thinks this project can be done in 5 hours but in reality it might take 20 hours. Micromanagement is just terrible."
