"I have worked at Royal Engineers for five years, where I have been the acting Construction Manager for a Community Development Block Grant. The firm has recently undergone some upper level personnel changes, which has left the future of the Company questionable. I have performed well at my position, I am well-liked by by co-workers, however the upper management do not provide employees with any motivation, nor do they provide a team atmosphere or vision of where the company is headed."
