Submit a Review"I love driving. But this job is far from just driving. 15% driving and the rest is labor. What I hate is the company's inability to understand the health and safety of their drivers. No training, no disposable gloves among many other bads."
"I love my job! Throwing on my uniform, loading my truck and delivering along the Central Coast! Customers really appreciate your hard work and dedication. What I do dislike at times is the quality of our product. Really needs attention in some areas. Shortages are also the pits!!"

What do you like about working at Treat America?
"Meeting new people on our routes and earning their trust for the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask a lot of questions. Print out there mission statement and there description about how it's a family etc... I guarantee you they don't even know."
What don't you like about working at Treat America?
"The people in management. Once we route drivers got these big company's trust, the company didn't care about them just the money they were bringing in. After all the hard work we do, there's never any raises or bonus."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You have lost a lot of good people. If you guys would just listen to your drivers and care about how much hard work we do."

"Consider experience as well as seniority when promoting. middle management, will be more experienced."

What do you like about working at Arrowhead Water?
"Team work that each cell unit display is a huge plus within commercial drivers. Communication between drivers builds a value of trust, committment, and responsibility to each other. Drivers are a brother hood of professional's and a unit leader needs to earn respect in order to become a complete team."
What don't you like about working at Arrowhead Water?
"Unit leaders do not have any sense of leadership. The training being provided is terrible, safety processes are terrible, employee recognizition is terrible, and the lack of discipline is terrible."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Participate in every aspect of his or hers department. Evaluate your employees strengths and weaknesses to provide further training or coaching if necessary. Lead be example and be fair across the board. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty to work along side a memeber of your team."

"I enjoyed driving, being in chare of my own sales and meeting different people all the time."

"I didnt like the fact that you could never take a day off not even vacation time."

"I would suggest that the employees should be given a little more opportunity to take vacation time."
