"Roush is an awesome company to work for both in what it achieves for its customers and the people it employs. Easy to feel in and a part of a family."
"Actual work is great. I've learned a lot. No growth potential."
"The work environment is not the greatest hours and are not guaranteed here, once you start working you receive no more than 30 hours. The pay is terrible you get paid $9 an hour for all that you are required to do. Costumer service sucks the manager lady has no respect for drivers and there is lack of consideration. She is very rude and your schedule changes at every second. You cannot rely on your schedule online since it's not accurate, changes are made every second and front desk does not call drivers ahead of time to inform them that they are not working that day, also there are no benefits and you will never get full time since they will not provide any benefits! Expect hours being reduced dramatically. So if they tell you by any chance you will receive more then 40 hours and more cars will come in it's just to keep you around waiting!"
"Great place to work with great resources. But management lacks focus and direction. No value placed on employee accomplishments or length of service. There is an absence of integrity."
"Just started position. This is a contract STA position."
"Learned new equipment, processes, and how not to treat people."
