"I really enjoy the work that I do, and the local employees, it's corporate that I have a problem with. The poor decisions and lack of training make it very difficult to work for this company."
"I have been employed with Rotech since 2013. They are a national provider of home medical and respiratory equipment serving both large metropolitan cities and rural communities. Rotech strives to be a respected provider and values their customers and employees. They have approximately 400 locations operating in the United States."
"I have worked for this company for 5 years. There has been a consistent decline in products, patient care and management. This company has restructured at least 4 times. The upper management has little to no sales experience, making it a very ops heavy company. For someone in sales this is not the company for you. There is no support for sales, the marketing material is extremely dated compared to competitors. The first thing that is cut is promotional spending. You have to spend money to make money. There are too many employees holding positions they have no business holding. This company loves conference calls and spreadsheets. There is a clear disconnect when it comes to the corporate expectations and what's realistic at a local level. My experience with this company has been a complete disappointment. They will not survive their competition unless they have sales savvy upper management willing to raise their hand on behalf of the sales force. You cannot expect to grow if you take away every tool and resource a sales force needs to promote your products and services."
"The work is easy but the environment is difficult. Supervisors have favorites and bend the rules for them. The HR manager is rude and uncaring, quick to put the blame on you even if you've done nothing wrong. Some coworkers are trouble makers who make up lies."
