"I worked for Ross Dress For Less. It was a fun place to work. The only cons I would include is that they are all about profit. Having studied business I learned that it is not about profit that will keep employees happy. I just did not agree with how they managed work environment after covid-19 after reopening. They did not care much about peoples health because there was no type of compensation relief if we were to get sick."
