"Good place to work if you strive on just getting by. Don't expect to be fairly rewarded for exemplary work. Performance and merit increases are not aligned. I have worked at Rosemount Analytical for approximately 3 years. Management did not live up to expectations and to the critical working, and reward elements discussed during the interview. It's a good example of a product selling itself, as there's little evidence of good leadership and appreciation for none executive employees. Surprisingly there's little to no accountability for actions, and the organization lacks reasonable internal business and process management structure."
"OK if you're looking for a springboard or just temp work"
What do you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Good group of talented people. Lots of different backgrounds and experiences."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you're in Mexico or Asia, you're only likely to be interviewed as a temp, who makes up a majority of the workforce and gets released and called back time and time again."
What don't you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Talented people don't last long. Pay isn't very good, company has deep pockets but is tight on pay and thrives on off-shoring/near-shoring. Lack of leadership from the executive and senior management level. MBA does not equal leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Become effective and involved, realize that just because you have an MBA doesn't grant you respect or working knowledge. These are earned and developed through actions."

"Stability, predictability, flexible hours, no sick day policy, no micromanagement"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're prepared to do the same job for the rest of your life, without fear of sudden layoffs or being fired for a few mistakes, you've found the right place."
What don't you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Your ideas are weighted on the status of your title, not on the merit of the idea. There are no consequences for failure and no rewards for success. Most have the attitude from Office Space, doing just enough to not get fired (which is easy without consequences for failure)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Inspire employees to work as a team. Allow input from all levels of the company. Rally people around a greater purpose than just the bottom line."
What do you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Large company with possibility of room to grow"
What don't you like about working at Rosemount Analytical?
"Was not really growing there, I was the low man of the totem pole and they didn't hesitate to let me know it. Felt held back."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop spending so much on upper management lunches and dinners."
