"I have sat with my thoughts long enough and can no longer keep silent about the immoral actions of the owner. I was under appreciated every step of the way. I’ve never worked for a more disrespectful employer, and the finality of it was wrapped up in more disrespect. Not only was my 2 weeks notice not recognized, my final check was also changed from $14.00 an hour to the state minimum of $7.50, which was not my agreed upon hourly wage. I expected professionalism and I expected our employee/employer contract to be honored. Respect your employees and respect the community that pays your bills. The owner essentially stole money from my pocket and food from in front of my children. Being denied the professional courtesy of working my final two weeks and him changing my pay for my final paycheck resulted in him stealing over $400 from me for hours worked."
